Job summary

AUSTRAL SOLUTIONS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Process Engineer to develop and refine production processes to boost efficiency and reduce waste in our Malaysian operations.

You will implement Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen, monitor KPIs, and prepare SOPs and technical documentation while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in electronics, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of CAD tools, process simulation software, and quality systems.
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma will be advantage
