Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a quality assurance professional to strengthen internal process control and reliability assessment for excursion lots prior to shipment.

The role emphasizes data analysis, statistical sampling, audits, and supplier coordination to ensure product quality and compliance with customer requirements in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in related discipline is required.
• Candidates with relevant technical certification or manufacturing experience may be considered.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes and QA inspection is an advantage.
• Familiarity with MSA, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan, CAPA, and basic quality tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data and monitor implementation of all Process and Quality Control strategies.
• Drive quality continuous improvement projects (minimize manual touch points, implement e-systems to eliminate manual recording).
• Monitor critical process CPK data to ensure a stable process and product quality.
• Work on LYT reduction or occurrence issues and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Audit activities to maintain product quality sustainability and compliance with customer requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure materials meet quality standards specified by the company.
• Plan and evaluate process conformance and perform quality audits for various business processes.
• Design statistical sampling for new devices and excursion lots and review effectiveness via Gate or RTI audits.
• Train teams on quality procedures and ensure compliance to best practices.
• Establish firewall for critical main processes to ensure production and safe launch lots meet requirements.
• Document developing material requirements and manage hardware/software requirements.
• Participate in cost-reduction initiatives through Kaizen events, six sigma project support, and engineering leadership.
• Complete assignments within timelines as directed by superiors.

• Completion of assignments to be submitted within the defined timeline in an organized manner and each role and responsibilities must be executed given by superior
