The role leads raw material control, mixing and process execution, SAP documentation, and strict GMP/HACCP compliance. It requires solid leadership, HACCP/GMP experience, and a track record in manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of SPM; Diploma preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience; for SPM qualification, at least 5 years experience in related field.
• Strong leadership, organizing and supervision skill.
• Hand on experience on HACCP and GMP.

Responsibilities

• Raw Material Oversight: verify materials quantities and specs before processing.
• Inventory Control: monitor floor stock and ensure FIFO flow of ingredients.
• Waste Reduction: precise weighing and dispensing to minimize variance and optimize yield.
• Mixing & Process Execution: coordinate batch according to Master Recipe and Production Plan.
• Technical Monitoring: monitor critical process parameters for product consistency.
• Troubleshooting: address minor deviations to prevent batch failures.
• SAP & Documentation: perform SAP transactions and ensure real-time traceability.
• Quality & GMP Compliance: enforce GMP/HACCP and conduct in-process quality checks with QA lab.
• Hygiene Leadership: maintain cleanliness in tanks and lines; supervise CIP procedures.
• Team Coordination & Safety: allocate tasks; ensure PPE compliance and safety reporting.
