Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on HACCP and GMP experience is required.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor to train new operators on packing procedures and standards.
• Lead and coordinate packing line activities for smooth operations.
• Monitor line output, efficiency and downtime in real time.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, safety rules and PPE
• Perform in-process checks and report deviations to QA/QC and Supervisor.
• Maintain SAP documentation and batch records for traceability.
