Job summary

SUPER UNIART INDUSTRIES (M) SDN BHD, a Malaysian plastic manufacturer founded in 1983 in Malacca, seeks a Process Improvement Lead. You will partner with engineering, production, quality and business teams to identify wastes, drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and implement standardized workflows to raise efficiency and quality.

Requirements include 4–5 years in process improvement, strong Kaizen knowledge, ERP/MES experience, and solid communication and project management skills to lead

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering; master’s preferred.
• 4–5 years in process improvement or operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen; certification preferred.
• Experience with process mapping, root cause analysis, and statistical tools.
• ERP/MES, automation or digital process tools experience.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Lead and support Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret process data for insights.
• Collaborate to design and implement standardized workflows.
• Drive automation and digitalization to boost efficiency.
• Develop KPIs and monitor progress against objectives.
• Support change management and training activities.
