The ideal candidate has a strong background in automation, MES, PLC/SCADA, and cross‑functional leadership, with 5+ years in process engineering or automation and 3+ years managing teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands‑on process engineering or industrial automation experience, with 3+ years in a team management/production leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in high‑precision electronics manufacturing and cross‑functional collaboration.

Process Engineering Manager (PCB/ FCB) - Station Shanghai

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing the company’s process engineering systems, industrial automation systems, and smart manufacturing solutions to drive the digital and intelligent transformation of production processes.

Leads the design, integration, maintenance, and upgrade of automation equipment and production lines to improve production efficiency, support automated "roll to roll" execution during the sample stage, and reduce production cost.

Introduces automation, digitalization, and intelligent manufacturing capabilities into key production areas to support efficiency improvement, quality stability, cost optimization, and continuous operational improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline

5+ years of hands‑on process engineering or industrial automation experience, with 3+ years in a team management/production leadership role.

Demonstrated success in high‑precision electronics manufacturing (e.g., FPC, PCB, R2R continuous processing, automotive electronics, or precision components)

Practical familiarity with PLC, SCADA, industrial robotics, MES systems, and data‑driven process optimization.

Cross‑functional leadership and business‑level English communication skills (for international collaboration and technical documentation).
