Job summary

MRD is seeking a Process Engineer II to support and optimize Thermal manufacturing operations. You will drive process stability, troubleshooting, yield improvement, process validation, and NPI projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include supporting APQP/NPI, process qualification, localization, and maintaining SOPs, PFMEA, and Control Plans, while training technicians and supervisors on optimized parameters for better yield and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering as listed.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing process engineering.
• Experience in thermal products, rubber, silicone or polymers preferred.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, APQP, PFMEA, SPC and MSA.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Inventor.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Polymer, Materials, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in manufacturing process engineering.
• Industry Focus: Prior experience in thermal products, rubber, silicone, or polymers preferred.
• Core Standards & Tools: Well-versed in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, APQP, PFMEA, SPC, and MSA.
• Software: Preferred proficiency in AutoCAD or Inventor.
