Job summary

Airswift invites a skilled Process Engineer to join our Kuala Lumpur team supporting Oil & Gas, FPSO, LNG, and refinery projects. You will develop and review process deliverables, run simulations, size equipment, and perform hydraulic and balance calculations to meet project specifications.

The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and participation in client/vendor meetings, with emphasis on safety studies and adherence to international standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–8 years of process engineering experience in Oil & Gas, FPSO, Offshore Platforms, LNG, Refinery or Petrochemical projects.
• Experience in FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPC, or FPSO projects preferred.
• Familiar with Aspen HYSYS / UniSim and process calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop process engineering deliverables per project specs and standards.
• Perform process simulations using Aspen HYSYS or UniSim.
• Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, datasheets and reaction/heat balances.
• Carry out process calculations including hydraulic calculations and equipment sizing.
• Support safety studies such as HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, and design reviews.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Piping, Instrumentation, Electrical, Safety and Operations teams.
• Assist in resolving technical queries and ensure compliance with codes and client specs.
• Participate in client and vendor technical meetings.
