Job summary

• Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Apply AI proficiency and AI-enabled methods where applicable.
• Identify, diagnose and resolve assembly process problems.
• Coordinate and execute process, equipment and material evaluations and optimizations.
• Lead or participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities.
• Validate and fan out new process baselines for new products and tools.
• Support SPC/FDC/RMS/APC practices and processes.
• Be part of the network alignment team within Micron's site.
• Support supplier audits and internal/external audits to meet quality and cost goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Applying Artificial Intelligence & Demonstrate AI proficiency or AI-enabled ways of working where applicable.
• Identify, diagnose and resolve assembly process related problems
• Coordinate and execute process, equipment and material evaluation / optimization initiatives and implement changes at process step
• Lead / participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities
• Validate and fan out new process baseline qualified, including new process, tools and/or materials for new product introduction
• Practice & support SPC/FDC/RMS/APC
• Part of network alignment team (within Micron's site)
• Manage / audit material suppliers to achieve quality, cost and risk management objectives
• Support internal and external audits

Education and requirements

• Degree in engineering discipline priority for electronic & mechanical engineering.
• Able to demonstrate engineering skills such as strong statistical analysis skills & problem-solving method.
• Good in technical presentation skill
