Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking to manage, improve and monitor process yield and quality while liaising with various departments to gather information needed for project completion and customer inquiries.

Responsibilities include preparing 8D and improvement reports, providing monthly quality improvement reports to customers, updating FMEA, control plans and work instructions, and conducting on-site verifications at customer plants to resolve quality issues.

• Provide disposition of on-hold reel and investigate the cause.
• Follow up on daily line manufacturing activities and provide solutions for any process issue that may arise.
• Perform on-site visit and verification at customer plant to resolve quality issue.
