Job summary

RICHPORT TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. is seeking a process/mechanical engineer in Penang.

The role involves maintaining lab test reports and documents, updating SOPs, and keeping precise process records. You will coordinate with third parties for equipment calibration and quality-related tests, and perform in-house calibration of equipment. The ideal candidate holds a degree in mechanical engineering, has 2+ years of relevant experience, and is computer literate.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant process/mechanical engineering experience.
• Computer literate and proficient with standard office software.
• Able to communicate in English; Mandarin speakers preferred to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain laboratory test reports and documents.
• Update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain process records.
• Liaise with third parties for equipment calibration.
• Arrange third-party process and quality-related tests.
