Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma with relevant engineering background and 2+ years is preferred.
• Knowledge of Box Build and Packing processes.
• Familiar with PFMEA, DFM, PMP, SPC, ECN, Kaizen, 5S.
• Fresh graduates with a relevant degree are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Job description

This position is tasked to support in process and implementation by design, developing manufacturing workflow and manufacturing system.

Key responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to production to sustain and improve production yield, quality and process cycle time
• Ensure the manufacturing process requirements are derived from customer requirements on product performance are being expedited
• Prepare and ensure process work instructions are available and updated
• Ensure production follow step as per work instruction given
• Develop and maintain process documentation
• Liaise with Customer Service on product-related issues (Customer Complaint)
• Participate in any special projects/programs as & when assigned by the Company
• Assist Engineer create training material and conduct training to technician

Requirements:-

• Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or any relevant engineering field or Diploma holder with 2 years' experience or above will be considered
• Knowledge in Box Build and Packing processes
• Analytical thinker with good communication and analytical skills
• Team player with good interpersonal, strong coordination and organization skills
• Knowledge of process related standards
• Familiar with working with MSOFFICE
• Have knowledge in PFMEA, DFM, PMP, SPC, ECN, Kaizen, 5S
