Job Summary: As an Engineer - Process and Project Development, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of new processes and projects within the organization. You will be responsible for analyzing existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and leading projects to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Process Analysis and Improvement:

  • Evaluate current processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks,
    inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Propose and implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and increase output quality.
  • Collaborate with production, operations, and quality teams to gather insights and implement changes effectively.

Project Development and Management:

  • Lead and participate in cross‑functional project teams to develop and
    implement new processes or technologies.
  • Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.

Feasibility Studies and Cost Analysis:

  • Conduct feasibility studies for new projects to assess technical and financial viability.
  • Perform cost analysis and budget planning for process improvements and new initiatives.

Research and Innovation:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to identify innovative solutions for process enhancement and project development.

Process Documentation and Training:

  • Create comprehensive documentation for new processes, standard operating procedures, and project guidelines.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field). A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, project management, or related engineering roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
  • Proficient in using project management tools and techniques.
