Job summary

ASE Global is seeking a Process Lead to manage and drive manufacturing process improvements in Penang. The role involves leading process engineers and technicians, addressing yield loss and downtime, and coordinating with customers on project activities.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, tooling management, and collaborate with Manufacturing to prioritize urgent/revenue lots, while ensuring process stability through established engineering tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering field with experience in a manufacturing production line.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineers and technicians on the manufacturing line.
• Address daily yield loss and downtime.
• Directly communicate with customers on activities and projects.
• Involve in preventive maintenance and tooling management.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing to prioritize urgent/revenue lots and other pipelines.
• Plan line activities and manpower with Manufacturing.
• Maintain and monitor process parameters to ensure process stability.
• Familiar with engineering tools such as 8D, FMEA, OCAP, Control Plan.

Good presentation and communication skill required.

Coverage EOL processes on Laser Mark, Ball Mount and Package Saw.

Be the process lead and lead all the process engineer and technician.

Responsible for any product related issues regards to Equipment, Maintenance, Product & Process.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Day to day sustaining issue such like yield loss or machine down time.
• Direct communicate with customer on the activities and project.
• Involved in preventive maintenance and tooling management
• Work together with Manufacturing team to prioritize the urgent and revenue lots as well as other lots in pipeline.
• Communicate with Manufacturing team to plan on the line activities and man power support.
• Maintain and monitor process parameters in order to control process stability.
• Familiar with engineering tools such like 8D, FMEA, OCAP, Control Plan etc.

Qualification & Experience:

• Degree in Engineering field with experience is manufacturing production line.
