Asiacruit is supporting a global investment management client seeking a Sales Account Manager (Private Equity, Private Credit & Alternative Investments) in Kuala Lumpur. This hunter-focused role emphasizes sourcing new investors, building a robust pipeline, and closing deals with HNWIs, UHNWIs, family offices, and institutions.

The ideal candidate will have 3–10 years in investment sales, a proven ability to generate new business, and fluency in English with Mandarin preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting.
• 3–10 years of experience in investment sales, wealth management, private banking, or related business development.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating sales.
• Experience engaging HNWIs, UHNWIs, family offices, or institutional investors is advantageous.
• Strong hunter mentality with ability to generate leads and close deals independently.

Responsabilidades

• New Investor Acquisition: identify, approach, and acquire new investors including HNWIs and institutional investors.
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: build pipeline via cold outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships.
• Investment Product Sales: promote opportunities across private equity, private credit, and alternatives.
• Capital Raising & Deal Closing: convert prospects, negotiate terms, and drive transactions.
• Business Development: identify market opportunities and establish strategic connections.
• Investor Relationship Building: maintain trust and long-term engagement with investors.
• Investment Presentations: conduct meetings to explain opportunities and potential returns.
• Sales Pipeline Management: track activities, follow-ups, and progress toward targets.
• Sales Target Achievement: meet monthly KPIs and capital-raising objectives.
