Asiacruit BPO, Inc. in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a commercially driven Sales Account Manager (Private Equity, Private Credit & Alternative Investments) to expand the investor network, originate new opportunities, and drive investment sales on-site.

Candidates will engage high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors, build a strong pipeline, and support capital-raising objectives with proactive prospecting and relationship-building efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–10 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, financial advisory, investment sales, capital raising, or related financial services.
• Experience in investor acquisition, business development, or selling investment-related products and services.
• Established networks among HNWIs/UHNWIs, business owners, family offices, or institutional investors.
• Strong prospecting and client acquisition skills, with the confidence to initiate conversations and develop new business relationships.
• Commercially minded, target-driven, and comfortable working in a role focused on new business generation and revenue growth.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English is a must. Mandarin proficiency is preferred, while Cantonese is an advantage.
• Able to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new investors, including high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs/UHNWIs), business owners, family offices, and institutional investors.
• Proactively source new prospects and develop an investor pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, industry events, and other business development activities.
• Present relevant investment opportunities across private equity, private credit, and alternative investments, aligning discussions with prospective investors' interests and investment objectives.
• Drive investor engagement and sales activities to support capital-raising targets and convert qualified prospects into completed investment transactions.
• Identify potential investment and business opportunities, develop initial relationships, and coordinate with internal stakeholders throughout the deal process.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing investors to support ongoing engagement and future business opportunities.
• Understand investor objectives and discuss relevant investment opportunities within the scope of the firm's offerings and applicable requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities, investor discussions, follow-ups, deal progress, and expected outcomes.
• Work toward monthly sales KPIs and capital-raising objectives in line with the agreed compensation structure and individual targets.
• Monitor market developments, investor sentiment, and industry opportunities to identify potential avenues for business growth.
