Job summary

Crewstone International is seeking an Investment Associate to support investment analysis, fund administration, and investor relations in a dynamic private equity setting. You will conduct due diligence, build financial models, prepare memos, and help manage capital calls, redemptions, and investor communications while collaborating with internal teams and external advisors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial services.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling.
Excellent written and verbal communication, especially with investors.
Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
Professional CFA/CAIA/CPA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Investment Analysis and Evaluation: conduct due diligence, model scenarios, analyze viability and risk.
Fund Administration and Operations: coordinate with fund admins, manage capital calls and redemptions, handle agreements and reports.
Investor Relations and Fundraising: build investor relationships, prepare presentations, assist in fundraising events.
