Job summary

Crewstone International is expanding its Capital Formation team in Malaysia, seeking a results-oriented professional to build relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. You will support fundraising across private market strategies and collaborate with GPs to structure and execute investments.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in sales, capital raising, or investor relations, with strong communication skills and exposure to private markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in sales, capital raising, investor relations, or client coverage.
• Prior exposure to private markets, wealth management, or sell-side advisory is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage C-level and institutional stakeholders.

• Lead capital raising and fund distribution efforts across private equity and credit verticals.
• Present bespoke direct investment opportunities alongside top-tier GPs; structure and execute transactions collaboratively.
