Job summary

Hong Leong Bank in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Priority Banking Support specialist to assist Relationship Managers with customer transactions and service matters at the Priority Banking Center.

You will ensure prompt, accurate handling of walk-in customers, resolve concerns, and maintain high service quality while supporting referrals to RMs for upgrades and investments in compliance with NCNS policies.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Banking/Investment/Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a financial institution.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer issues at the Priority Banking Center, from enquiries to resolution.
• Maintains quality service by enforcing standards and resolving problems.
• Engage customers to build sustainable relationships and trust.
• Ensure walk-in Priority Banking customers are attended promptly.
• Cross-sell products such as Credit Cards and investment products where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with AML/FATCA/CRS and other regulatory requirements.
