Zusammenfassung

HID Global, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, seeks a Printshop Manager in Kulai to lead the printroom operations and ensure on-time, high-quality production of PVC/PC materials. You will manage printers, coordinate with service and planning teams, and maintain equipment and processes to meet internal and external deadlines.

The ideal candidate has extensive lithographic print industry experience, 3–5 years in a supervisory role, and strong leadership and communication skills.

• Extensive lithographic print industry experience.
• Proven experience in print production with 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Aufgaben

• Setup and daily management of pre-laminate and card printing operations focusing on PVC, PC, PETG and recycled PVC.
• Lead and supervise a team of printers, assign tasks, train, and ensure adherence to procedures and safety.
• Coordinate with customer service, production planning, purchasing and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of printed materials.
• Manage daily operation of card production including tape layer, CTP, collation, screen print, offset print and lamination.
