Job summary

YL Central Services Sdn. Bhd. – Rawang, Selangor, is seeking operators experienced in UV metal printing. The role requires willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and to handle 2 shifts on a 3-day schedule. You should be reliable, quality-conscious, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of Fuji 4-colour printing is an advantage, and training is provided to help you meet production targets while maintaining safety standards and ISO/FIFO procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience operating UV metal printing machines.
• Knowledge of Fuji 4-colour printing machines is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, quality-conscious, and safety-minded.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work in 2 @ 3 shift depends on your work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate UV Metal Printing Machines (Fuji 4-Colour System).
• Ensure all printed products meet quality standards.
• Monitor production output and reduce material waste.
• Complete printing jobs according to schedule and required quantities.
• Identify and assist in resolving printing and quality issues.
• Maintain daily production records and reports.
• Follow company policies, safety requirements, 5S, ISO, and FIFO procedures.
• Assist in training new operators when required.
• Work closely with the team to achieve production targets.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
