Job summary

Refine Printing Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced offset printing operator to join our production team in Malaysia. The role involves setting up and running printing machines, ensuring correct materials and colors, and maintaining quality throughout production.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on offset printing experience, can read job tickets, and works well both independently and as part of a team. Physical fitness is essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience operating offset printing machines.
• Knowledge of offset printing processes.
• Able to read and understand job tickets.
• Physically fit.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate printing machines according to job specifications.
• Ensure correct materials, colours, sizes and quantities are prepared before production.
• Monitor print quality throughout production to ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Keep the workplace area clean, organised and safe at all times.
• Follow company SOP, workplace safety regulations.
