Good Times 3D Maker Studio is seeking a results‑driven 3D Printer Sales & Studio Assistant in Johor Bahru. You will engage walk‑in customers, demonstrate printers, and promote Creality products and workshops while hitting monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities include product demonstrations, upselling, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Weekend availability and strong communication skills required. Opportunity to grow with a hands‑on tech and DIY culture.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• Confident in approaching customers and closing sales.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Actively approach walk-in customers and introduce 3D printers, products, and workshops.
• Demonstrate 3D printers and explain their features and benefits to customers.
• Promote and sell Creality 3D printers, filaments, accessories, and workshop packages.
• Achieve individual and team monthly sales targets.
• Convert customer enquiries and product demonstrations into sales.
• Assist customers with basic 3D printing activities and workshops.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Maintain attractive product displays and a clean, welcoming retail environment.
• Participate in promotional events, product launches, and sales campaigns.
