Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Principal Wintel Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to handle high‑level IT infrastructure, cloud, and security issues on a hybrid basis. The role demands deep expertise in Windows Server, AD, M365, and virtualization with strong stakeholder communication.

The position offers a 12‑hour shift pattern (day & night) and a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance and hospitalization coverage. This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years hands-on IT infrastructure and cloud experience in an MSP/IT Solutions Provider.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO design, and hybrid identity.
• Excellent communication with business stakeholders or clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the highest escalation point and SME for complex infra, cloud, networking, identity, security, and platforms across enterprise environments.
• Own, troubleshoot, and resolve multi-layered problems involving Wintel, AD, Azure/M365, Exchange, hybrid identity, DNS/DHCP, GPO, virtualization, endpoint management, and security tooling.
