Job summary
PayNet is seeking a senior Quality Engineering leader to own and drive the automation, performance, and quality program for Malaysia's national payments platform NextSwitch. You will shape testing standards, governance, and automation frameworks across multiple teams, ensuring platform reliability, scalability, and release confidence.

Qualifications
- Design and implement test automation frameworks
- Hands-on API testing and automated regression testing
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Lead performance testing for scale and peak demand
- Experience in Agile delivery environments and strong analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Define and drive quality engineering strategy covering automation, API testing, integration testing, performance testing, and release validation.
- Design, implement, and govern scalable automation frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead performance testing initiatives to ensure platform readiness for increasing transaction volumes and peak demand scenarios.
- Collaborate with development, architecture, DevOps, and operations teams to improve platform reliability and reduce production risk.
- Mentor engineers and establish testing standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives across delivery teams.
