Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Activation & Advisory Enablement Principal to support the Customer Marketing unit. You will help cross-sell and upsell insurance offerings, create personalised offers, and collaborate across agile teams to drive campaigns and improves customer lifetime value.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and about 9 years in insurance or financial services, with strong analytics, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 9 years working experience in the insurance or financial services industry, with a focus on products & customer campaigns.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry particularly from a product perspective will be beneficial – any prior experience on medical repricing efforts would be an added bonus.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with good stakeholder management capability.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze existing customer base across individual, takaful, corporate and digital platforms by customer segments.
• Run surveys, focus groups, leverage digital and data to gain insights into behaviors, wants and needs.
• Develop strategies to drive repeat purchases, cross-sell and upsell across distribution channels.
• Build strong relationships and align with distribution teams on initiatives to drive outcomes.
• Develop, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns and customer offers.
• Familiarize with front and back end systems to design campaign management processes.
