DHL IT Services in Cyberjaya seeks an Agentic AI Development Principal Consultant to lead AI-driven DevSecOps and platform engineering transformations at scale. You will evaluate emerging technologies, define integration patterns, and build ROI cases for enterprise adoption in a global context.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into internal developer platforms, drive adoption, and shape an operating model with strong governance and measurable KPIs.

Qualificações

• 12+ years of professional experience, incl. 10+ years in principal consulting or similar roles
• Proven vendor negotiation, cost management, and workshops/training experience
• Knowledge of programming, Kubernetes (K8s) and application monitoring

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Technology & AI evaluation for enterprise-scale Platform Engineering
• Define integration patterns for AI services within platform layers
• Produce ROI, TCO, and business cases for AI and DevSecOps investments
• Drive enterprise-scale rollout of new tools, AI agents, and platform capabilities
• Lead workshops, deep dives, and platform evangelization across global teams
