Job summary

DHL IT Services in Cyberjaya seeks an AI Architect to translate business needs into secure, scalable AI architectures across our global logistics platform.

You will lead from ideation to pilot and enterprise scaling, collaborating with business, architecture, data, cybersecurity and operations teams to deliver AI that is valuable, observable and compliant.

Hands-on experience with AI platforms, data and knowledge architecture, cloud and integration, plus Python expertise, is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise AI design experience from concept to production.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases.
• Understanding of cloud, containers, APIs, microservices, Python, data pipelines, SQL/NoSQL.
• Experience with AI gateways, LLMOps, CI/CD and automated testing.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, privacy, governance.
• Strong architecture leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess problems, define success criteria and select AI approaches.
• Design end-to-end AI solutions covering models, data, APIs and integrations.
• Define reference architectures and reusable delivery patterns.
• Guide projects through POC, pilot and scaling gates with governance.
• Embed Responsible AI, privacy, and security into designs.
• Define CI/CD, testing, observability and cost controls.
• Guide implementation teams and communicate architectural trade-offs.
• Define integration solutions in DHL application environment.
