Job summary

Shinsung E&G Malaysia is hiring an experienced Primavera Planner & HVAC Quantity Surveyor to manage construction tracking for a Data Centre deployment project in Puncak Alam, Selangor. Candidates must be locally based in Malaysia with a minimum of 5 years HVAC experience, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Master-level Primavera proficiency is mandatory for this role. Direct on-site placement in Puncak Alam is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Master-level proficiency with Oracle Primavera software suites is mandatory.

Shinsung E&G Malaysia is hiring an experienced Primavera Planner & HVAC Quantity Surveyor to manage construction tracking for a Data Centre deployment project in Puncak Alam, Selangor.

Mandatory

Candidates must be CURRENTLY RESIDING inside Malaysia, Singapore, China, or Indonesia. Absolute minimum of 5 years of dedicated HVAC experience is strictly required. Profiles failing to meet these parameters will be automatically rejected.

Urgently hiring local or PR candidates based in Selangor/KL. Direct on-site placement in Puncak Alam.

Key responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and control project baselines, track site productivity, and build comprehensive progress presentations.

Map out critical path activities and implement schedule delay recovery planning.

Requirement

Minimum 5+ years of active working experience in HVAC project environments.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.

Master-level, practical proficiency using Oracle Primavera software suites is mandatory.

Exceptional documentation skills coupled with professional communication abilities to manage direct reporting to global clients.

Prior working experience on Data Centre projects (preferred).

Mandarin speakers to communicate with major Chinese clients & subcontractors (preferred).
