Job summary

Shinsung E&G Malaysia Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced HVAC BIM Modeler Engineer/Manager for a large-scale Data Centre project in Puncak Alam, Selangor. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in HVAC and proven BIM modeling at LOD 500.

You will coordinate detailed layouts, manage model variations, and deliver high-fidelity BIM drawings and on-site progress extracts for this on-site position in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum baseline of 5+ years of dedicated working experience in HVAC systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong experience handling engineering design and delivering BIM drawings at a Level of Development LOD 500 standard is mandatory.

[CRITICAL REQUIREMENT] Candidates must be CURRENTLY RESIDING inside Malaysia, Singapore, China, or Indonesia. Absolute minimum of 5 years of dedicated HVAC experience is strictly required. Profiles failing to meet these parameters will be automatically rejected.

[LOCAL RECRUITMENT] Urgently hiring local or PR candidates based in Selangor/KL. Direct on-site placement in Puncak Alam.

Our team at Shinsung E&G Malaysia is seeking an experienced HVAC BIM Modeler Engineer / Manager for a large-scale Data Centre project in Puncak Alam, Selangor. The monthly salary range for this role is RM 7,000 to RM 20, 000, depending on qualification levels.
