Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in pricing systems or IT applications management, including 5 years leading analyst teams.
• Proven track record of attracting, retaining, and developing high-performing teams in diverse environments.
• Thought leadership with a creative mindset to innovate and re-engineer processes.
• Resilient, excellent communicator, able to influence and drive change at all levels.
• Proficient in Python, Java, or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of analysts owning pricing systems and applications.
• Ensure reliability, quality, and compliance of pricing systems with IT standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to gather and manage business requirements.
• Design and champion solutions aligned with business and tech goals, developing business cases.
• Plan and manage IT projects end-to-end, aligning with objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Establish SOPs, contingency plans, and business continuity strategies.
• Monitor progress, escalate risks, ensure system and app quality.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement scalable fixes.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure performance and productivity.
