Job summary

SD Guthrie International (SDGI) seeks an experienced pricing executive to develop and maintain a central pricing model that drives fast, competitive quotes across markets. You will collaborate across trade, sales and finance to keep the model accurate while managing byproduct risk daily.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in commodity pricing, strong cross-functional leadership, and a track record of portfolio optimization and contract desk operations to ensure timely shipments and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Ability to communicate clearly across various functions.
• Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in a pricing role for a commodity food ingredient company or relatable product.
• Experience in managing cross functional teams is a must.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a central pricing model/tool enabling the sales team with a single source of truth for quotes.
• Interact with trade, sales and finance to keep pricing models accurate.
• Quantify and report byproduct risks (e.g., olein/stearin relationships) daily.
• Review and optimize the differentiated product portfolio with sales and PID; adjust SKUs as needed.
• Oversee the master planner to ensure monthly shipments and refinery capacities are optimized.
• Operate the contract desk to ensure timely contracts and compliance.
