  • Understanding of infant development and age-appropriate caregiving practices.

Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our preschool team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for infants, helping them build a strong foundation in sensory, motor, language, and social-emotional development. This role also involves supporting the overall growth and well-being of each infant in a warm, nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and conduct daily routines and age-appropriate activities tailored for infants aged 2–18 months.
  • Use songs, sensory play, simple stories, and guided interactions to support infant development.
  • Support infants’ early communication, motor skills, emotional regulation, and bonding experiences.
  • Prepare safe, stimulating learning materials and sensory-rich environments.
  • Observe and document each child’s developmental milestones and adjust care and activities accordingly.
  • Communicate with parents about infants’ daily routines, needs, and developmental progress.
  • Ensure a safe, hygienic, and organized classroom environment that promotes infant well-being.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support overall centre operations and events.
