Job summary

ABeam Consulting, a global professional services firm, seeks a senior technology leader to drive regional AI and automation initiatives across the Agentic AI CoE. You will lead presales, solution design, and delivery for enterprise clients, leveraging UiPath, Power Platform, Azure, and Google Cloud.

You will mentor teams, shape governance, and ensure high standards in security and deployment readiness while building ROI-driven business cases for scalable digital transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in solution architecture, automation, AI/Agentic AI, digital transformation, presales, or enterprise technology delivery.
• Proven experience with UiPath, Power Platform, Azure, Google Cloud, and/or Generative AI technologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, solution architecture, system integration, infrastructure, and deployment methodologies.
• Experience in technical presales, including requirements gathering, scoping, estimation, proposals, and client presentations.
• Hands-on experience in code reviews, governance, QA, troubleshooting, and deployment support.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Project management experience with relevant certifications is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, mentoring, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales, solution design, delivery, implementation, and support initiatives for the regional Agentic AI CoE.
• Drive sales engineering activities including scoping, effort estimation, validation, risk assessment, architecture design, and proposals.
• Design end-to-end AI, automation, and digital transformation solutions with ROI-driven business cases.
• Provide technical leadership and governance across Agentic AI, UiPath, Power Platform, Azure, Google Cloud, LLMs, and related technologies.
• Develop and conduct technical training, enablement programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Define, review, and enforce development standards, code quality, governance, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Architect enterprise-grade solutions with emphasis on security, infrastructure, and standards.
• Create and maintain solution architecture diagrams, documentation, reusable components, and automation libraries.
• Support platform setup, environment provisioning, testing, production deployment, troubleshooting, and operational readiness.
• Provide technical consulting and oversight throughout projects including licensing, integration, go-live, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead presales, solution design, delivery, implementation, and support initiatives for the regional Agentic AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) across ABeam group companies.
• Drive sales engineering activities including solution scoping, effort estimation, technical validation, risk assessment, architecture design, and proposal development for RFPs and client engagements.
• Design end-to-end AI, automation, and digital transformation solutions, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to develop ROI-driven business cases and delivery models.
• Provide technical leadership and governance across Agentic AI, UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, Google Cloud, Large Language Models (LLMs), and related technologies.
• Develop and conduct technical training, enablement programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Define, review, and enforce development standards, best practices, code quality controls, workflow governance, testing frameworks, and deployment readiness.
• Architect enterprise-grade solutions, ensuring compliance with security, infrastructure, networking, and organizational architecture standards.
• Create and maintain solution architecture diagrams, technical documentation, reusable components, frameworks, and automation libraries.
• Support platform setup, environment provisioning, software installation, testing, production deployment, troubleshooting, and operational readiness activities.
• Provide technical consulting and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, including licensing, implementation, integration, go-live, maintenance, and support.
• Establish and manage use case and case study repositories, ensuring high-quality documentation, knowledge artifacts, and sales enablement materials.
• Build and maintain innovation, demonstration, testing, and proof-of-concept environments to support learning, experimentation, and client showcases.
• Mentor specialists and analysts through technical guidance, solution validation, troubleshooting, and continuous capability development.
• Manage project delivery when assigned as Project Manager, overseeing scope, resources, timelines, budgets, vendors, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure effective license management, capacity planning, renewals, and optimization to support project delivery and business growth opportunities.
• Maintain project asset inventories, governance records, and documentation repositories to ensure compliance and traceability.
• Monitor project performance, quality standards, deliverables, client sign-offs, and issue escalation to ensure successful outcomes.
• Participate in talent acquisition activities including technical assessments, interview panels, and candidate evaluation frameworks.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and provide leadership support for strategic and operational responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in solution architecture, automation, AI/Agentic AI, digital transformation, presales, technical consulting, or enterprise technology delivery.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, Google Cloud, and/or Generative AI technologies.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), solution architecture, system integration, infrastructure, and deployment methodologies.
• Experience in technical presales activities, including requirements gathering, solution scoping, effort estimation, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
• Hands‑on experience in code reviews, governance, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and production deployment support.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced consulting or technology environment.
• Project management experience and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum, UiPath, Microsoft, Azure, or AI‑related certifications) will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, mentoring, and leadership capabilities with the ability to work across regional and cross‑functional teams.
