ABeam Consulting is seeking a hands-on RPA/AI professional to drive automation initiatives across client projects. You will work with UiPath, design agentic AI workflows, and integrate APIs with diverse systems.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with UiPath or similar RPA platforms is required.
Familiarity with agent orchestration and LLM frameworks is a plus.
Strong understanding of automation lifecycle and software development practices.
Ability to translate business requirements into automation and agentic solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve in roles including BPO analyst, RPA developer, AI developer, or support engineer across multiple assignments.
Collaborate with clients to identify and define agentic automation use cases within IT and business ops.
Analyze processes and design agentic workflows with AI agents, RPA bots, and system integrations.
Gather requirements and translate them into automation workflows and orchestration logic.
Design, develop, test, deploy and document RPA solutions and AI workflows.
Deliver automation solutions in onsite and remote client engagements to drive adoption.
