Job summary

HSBC Malaysia is seeking a Premier Relationship Officer to join the International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) team in Subang Jaya. You will be the primary contact for premier clients, supporting relationship managers, processing applications, and addressing client requests both face-to-face and by phone.

Qualifications

• Basic planning and organization skills are required.
• Understanding wealth management and propositions is beneficial.
• Experience with RM/PRM channels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily sales administrative tasks and processing of sales applications.
• Assist RM in replying to customer emails and banking requests for premier clients.
• Support RM in handling customer complaints and follow-up tasks.
• Schedule appointments when RM is unavailable and generate leads for RMs.
• Monitor and remind RMs about campaign activity and event triggers.
• Assist RM with file reviews and FCC-related follow-ups to ensure proper action.
• Cross-sell and refer client needs to PRM while educating customers on digital banking.
• Be the main customer contact point, fulfilling service needs via face-to-face or phone.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the bank system and manage transitions for resigned RMs.
