Job summary

HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Premier Relationship Officer to join the International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) team. You will work with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets, acting as the main contact point beside the RM to fulfill client service needs and educate customers on digital banking.

Responsibilities

• Daily Sales administrative task.
• Organize and complete/check all sales application forms for submission, scanning and for SQ review.
• Check and sign all the sales documents for line manager to verify and approve.
• Scan & file all completed sales application forms in the customer file for reviews, checks and follow ups.
• Assist RM in replying customers' mails, banking transaction requests and other requests from premier clients (e.g. statement requests, fee waivers).
• Assist RM to handle/investigate customer complaints or other follow up tasks.
• Assist RM to create appointments upon customers' request when RM is not available.
• Identify customers not contacted quarterly and create leads for RM follow up.
• Remind/monitor RM to act on campaign call lists and event triggers assigned by CVM.
• Assist RM on file reviews/CAMP/FCC calls for FCC-related follow ups.
• Cross-sell and refer customer needs to PRM.
• Educate customers on digital banking and be the main contact point beside their RM.
• Ensure proactive update of accurate customer information in the bank system.
• Temporary hold resigned RM portfolio and fulfill service needs; assist RM in opening accounts.
