Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad in Ipoh is seeking a Premier Centre Support role to assist Premier Relationship Managers and Directors, handle walk-in and call-in client inquiries, and coordinate campaigns and materials.

You will help consolidate sales reports, present Premier propositions, manage the Centre Manager's portfolio, support events, and ensure smooth fees processing and timely follow-ups, contributing to a professional Premier customer experience.

Qualifications

• Attend to walk-in/call-in clients with inquiries on transactional banking, membership services, products offered, account balances, currency rates; refer to RMs as needed.
• Improve Premier Clients' experience during RM turnover.
• Manage the vacant port of Centre Manager's portfolio; provide updates on campaigns and cross-selling/AUM.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in or call-in clients (e.g., inquiries on transactional banking, membership services, product offered, account balances, currency rates) and if necessary direct to RMs.
• Improve Premier Clients' experience when there are turnover in RMs.
• Manage the vacant port of Centre Manager's portfolio by maintaining the list and providing updates on campaigns and cross-selling/AUM.
• Provide strong support to Premier Relationship Managers and Directors in sales activities, such as pre/post sales appointments, checking forms, and follow ups on potential requirements to ensure submission completion.
• Able to present Premier Propositions, campaigns and all deposit and asset products related to Premier segment to Premier customers professionally.
• Ensure smooth process flow in Premier fees charges for better customer experience - maintain and track Premier fees deduction to improve customer satisfaction and reimbursements within TAT.
• Maintaining 100% contact rate for all Onyx leads campaigns.
• Cross selling credit cards, PCA, MCA Debit Card, FD and Banca.
• Assist Centre Managers to consolidate daily sales reports for sales meetings.
• Attend and support Premier events (merchandise and RSVP listing).
• Assist Premier Centre in performing Verification Calls to Vulnerable Customers.
• Assist Premier Centre in account opening process.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in or call-in clients (e.g inquiries on transactional banking, membership services, product offered, account balances, currency rates) and if necessary direct to RMs

• Manage the vacant port of respective Centre Manager's portfolio by maintaining the list, provide updates regularly on campaigns and rates for cross-selling and AUM
• Provide strong support to Premier Relationship Managers and Premier Relationship Directors in sales activities such as pre/post sales appointments, checking of forms and follow ups on potential requirements to ensure completion of submission.
• Able to present Premier Propositions, campaigns and all deposit and asset products related to Premier segment to our Premier customers in a professional manner.
