Job summary

MECHATRONICS MALAYSIA is seeking a QC Inspector to inspect incoming, in-process and final products to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and quality procedures. The role emphasizes meticulous measurement, proper use of instruments, and accurate documentation for traceability.

You will collaborate with Production and Engineering to address non-conformances, support CAPA, and maintain inspection records for audits.

Qualifications

2–4 years of relevant experience in Quality Control, Quality Inspection, or manufacturing environment.
Experience in precision manufacturing and mechatronics is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection according to plans and drawings.
Inspect mechanical components, machined parts, sheet metal components, assemblies.
Verify dimensions, appearance, workmanship, and functional requirements.
Conduct first-piece, patrol, and final inspections as required.
Ensure inspection activities are completed accurately and within the required timeline.
Maintain calibration status of measuring equipment.
Document inspection findings and NCRs as needed.
Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Ensure inspection records are complete and auditable.
