Job summary

Flowserve Malaysia is seeking a Precision Assembler to prepare and assemble equipment, run test requirements and support disassembly, cleaning and reassembly during repairs. You will access modern materials and tools to deliver high-quality products to customers.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in mechanical assembly, a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or SPM, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently and overtime or weekends. Mechatronics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Background in mechanical industry required.
• 1–2 years mechanical assembly experience; sand blasting a plus.
• Good communication/interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn, self-motivated and ethical.
• Basic data input in Word and Outlook.
• Able to work independently and overtime/weekends if needed.
• Diploma in Mechanical Eng., SPM, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic equipment and carry out routine tasks.
• Follow established processes to perform operational tasks.
• Maintain and repair equipment and appliances; assist in preparations.
• Follow mandatory work instructions for safety and quality.
• Adhere to environmental and conduct codes.
• Communicate information courteously with colleagues.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 10 kg.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
