Job summary

One Fort Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Pre-sales Technical Support Engineer specialized in Kubernetes to join our cloud native and container platform team in Kuala Lumpur.

You will provide technical guidance, support, and solutions to customers, bridging between their needs and our engineering capabilities. You will work with sales and R&D to develop proposals, test plans, and implementation strategies, ensuring successful trials and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor2s degree in CS, CEng or related field.
• Experience in IT/Internet companies preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud-native tech and container platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site guidance and training for product trials and support customers.
• Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities and deliver pre-sales solutions.
• Prepare project proposals, bids, test reports, and implementation plans.
• Gather client requirements and provide timely information to product and R&D.
• Participate in marketing activities and cooperate with partners.

Pre-sales Technical Support Engineer - Kubernetes

We are seeking a Pre-sales Engineer. You will be responsible for providing technical guidance, support, and solutions to our customers in the cloud native and container platform area. You will also work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement solutions to improve our offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customers with on-site guidance and training for product trials, help customers solve technical problems, become a technical communication bridge between customers and the company, and maintain good customer relations.
• Cooperate with the sales team to identify business opportunities, provide solutions and pre-sales technical support.
• Responsible for the preparation of project proposals, bids, test reports, implementation plans and other technical documents.
• Collect and sort out the needs from the client and the market, and provide more accurate and timely information for back-end products and R&D.
• Participate in relevant marketing activities and keynote speeches.
• Carry out technical exchanges and cooperation with partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in IT and Internet related companies is preferred.
• It's better to be familiar with the mainstream technology and related company products in the cloud computing industry.
• Experience in pre-sales, R&D or operation and maintenance of medium is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
