Job summary

Ajax Systems in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia seeks a technically adept professional to promote product solutions and analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales team. You will support tenders, develop system architectures and BOMs, and assist PoCs and deployments across a fast-growing region.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in alarm/video surveillance/security, strong English, and willingness to travel. Join a leading global security technology company and help scale complex deployments.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in a similar role within alarm, video surveillance, access control, and home automation fields.
• Excellent working knowledge of intrusion and IP CCTV and access control systems.
• Experience in installing/designing video surveillance, fire, intrusion, or other security systems.
• Experience in public speaking (as an advantage).
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong English skills (verbal and written).
• Availability to travel for business.

Responsibilities

• Promote and introduce product solutions according to customer thesis, technical consultation, and support of key clients.
• Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.
• Support tender submissions and technical proposals
• Develop system architecture, bill of materials (BOM), and compliance documentation
• Support proof-of-concept (POC) deployments and system testing
• Support sales team with follow from leads in our portal.
