Job summary

MFTECH GLOBAL (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Procurement & Sourcing Executive (Pre-Award) to support tender preparation, supplier sourcing, and cost analysis. You will review specifications, gather quotations, and ensure all requirements are met on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in procurement, sourcing, tender preparation, or supplier coordination will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate tender, quotation, and supporting documents.
• Review specifications and identify suitable products, suppliers, or service providers.
• Source suppliers and obtain quotations, technical information, and supporting documents.
• Conduct price comparison, cost analysis, and supplier evaluation.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers on pricing, specifications, lead time, and commercial terms.
• Ensure mandatory and technical requirements are complete and compliant before submission.
• Coordinate with internal departments on pricing, documentation, and tender requirements.
• Monitor tender timelines and ensure accurate and timely submission.
• Maintain proper records of sourcing activities, supplier quotations, and tender documents.
• Support clarification and other pre-award activities when required.
