Job summary

Action Tec SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a PR and Influencer Marketing professional to build relationships with media, KOLs and KOCs, coordinate influencer campaigns, support product launches and brand activities.

You will manage creator outreach, prepare briefs, track timelines, and ensure timely posting while maintaining an updated influencer database across Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Formal degree in marketing, communications or PR required.
• 1–3 years of PR/influencer marketing experience.
• Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus.
• Familiar with KOL/KOC/content creator landscape.
• Experience with influencer campaigns and media relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable KOLs, KOCs and content creators based on campaign objectives and target audiences
• Build and maintain an updated influencer database across relevant categories
• Handle creator outreach, communication, negotiation and campaign coordination
• Prepare influencer briefs and ensure creators understand campaign objectives, key messages and deliverables
• Manage campaign timelines, content submission, approvals and posting schedules
• Coordinate product seeding and gifting initiatives with creators
• Track influencer content performance including reach, views, engagement and other relevant metrics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant media, editors and journalists
• Coordinate press releases, media pitching, product seeding, media reviews and interview opportunities
• Support PR activities for product launches, campaigns, events and brand collaborations
