Infineon Technologies in Malaysia (Kulim) invites applications for a Postgraduate Master Trainee Program in our Research & Development team. You will merge creativity with your technical expertise to shape the future of technology, drive groundbreaking projects, and bring new ideas to life.

The program seeks electrical engineering graduates with semiconductor testing experience, CGPA 3.2+ and a passion for decarbonization and digitalization as we advance energy and IoT solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• CGPA 3.20 or above.
• Experience in semiconductor testing.

Responsibilities

• Support main tasks for dynamic wafer level test characterization and upgrades.
• Enablement of new frameworks for data assessment to speed up Learning cycles for TD.
• Characterization of power devices.
