Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Malaysia is seeking a Postgraduate Master Trainee for its Research & Development team. This program blends creativity with technical expertise to influence the future of power semiconductor technology and drive innovative projects.

As part of the Your role, you will support wafer-level test characterization, enable new data assessment frameworks to accelerate learning cycles, and perform characterization of power devices.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering background required.
• Experience in testing with semiconductor background.
• Graduated with Bachelor's degree, CGPA 3.20 or higher.
