The role requires a Diploma or Advanced Diploma with 5+ years in logistics, fluent Malay, English and Mandarin, strong leadership and people management, and a solid understanding of warehouse procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of related experience.
• Fluent in Malay, English & Mandarin.
• Outstanding leadership & strong people management skills.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple processes and projects.
• EPF, EIS & SOCSO provided.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing cargo receiving, trucking & crane operations at Bintulu & Samalaju Port.
• Marketing Activities in Bintulu for company promoting.
• Implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Delivery smaller items to customer location when required.
• Implementing and overseeing security & safety for Operations.
• Ensuring effective and safe use of site equipment.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of logistics activities.
• Supervising port staffs and daily activities.
• Check orders, physical items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
• Performing a daily inspection of the grounds and site operation.
• Communicating and coordinating with Miri HQ and Customer PIC.
