Job summary

Insulet Corporation is seeking a PMO Engineer to join our Supplier Engineering team within the Supply Chain organization. The role focuses on planning and implementing capital tooling at suppliers, driving governance across projects, and enabling data-driven decisions with Smartsheet and Power BI.

You will partner with Quality, Sourcing and Manufacturing to optimize capital spend and governance effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Three years of governance/PM systems development experience.
• Minimum two years Direct Project Management experience.
• 4+ years in Project Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project portfolios through governance.
• Track status, identify risks, and support timely decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy across governance tools and reporting systems.
• Use Smartsheet and Power BI to track performance and provide leadership visibility.
• Prepare portfolio updates and dashboards for leadership reviews.
• Identify process improvements to governance standards and templates.
• Coach project leads on governance processes and data entry requirements.
• Collaborate across programs, engineering, purchasing and suppliers.
