Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and basic corrective maintenance for facility HVAC and mechanical equipment.
• Perform scheduled PM activities according to Job Plans, SOPs, safety requirements, and maintenance schedules.
• Inspect equipment condition and identify abnormal conditions, defects, leakage, vibration, noise, temperature, and other abnormalities.
• Record PM findings accurately in checklists, work orders, and maintenance systems; raise CM when needed.
• Follow approved Job Plans, SOPs, risk assessments, and Permit to Work requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping after completion of maintenance activities and ensure tools and parts are available.
