Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Malaysia seeks a Shift Facility Engineer to manage service requests, coordinate maintenance and projects, and ensure SLA/KPI delivery on a data centre or critical facility site.

You will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, site walkabouts, and ensure HSE compliance, with 12-hour shifts, four days on/four off, and a focus on continuous improvement and technical troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) required.
• 3–4 years of relevant engineering or critical environment services experience.
• 1–2 years’ operation experience in electrical and mechanical services at Tier III or equivalent data centre/critical facility.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete service requests/work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate and monitor site maintenance and project work to meet SLA/KPI.
• Conduct site walkabouts to identify required work and minimize complaints.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards during maintenance and projects.
